Everything you asked in your voice memo.
How does the app know each girl's balance?
You set your fees once: registration, the package and each optional. When a girl registers or adds an optional, it goes on her balance, and every payment comes off the moment it lands in your Stripe. Cash or a check, you mark paid in one tap. You never type in a balance.
Can the girls already registered come over?
Yes. Send the spreadsheet you already keep, and each family is set up with what they've paid. They get an email inviting them in, and their balance is waiting.
Can families pay any amount, with Afterpay or Affirm?
Yes. They choose the amount, $2 or $200, and pay in the app by card, Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm, all on one screen with no separate links. The pay-later options have their own minimums, so very small payments go by card. No cards kept on file and no bank drafts.
Can I stop sending invoices?
That's the goal. The app works out each girl's due date, 90 days from the day she registered, and sends the reminders before it and after it. No spreadsheet, no letters, no invoices.
Can they still register on my website?
Yes. Your Register button opens the same sign-up in their browser, with nothing to download. The registration lands in the app right away, and they can add the app to their phone whenever they like.
How do I keep the hotel block private?
Anything you mark members-only, like the hotel booking link, only shows to families with a girl registered this year. Everyone signs in with a code emailed to them, so there's no shared password to change or pass around.
What about everything on the Royalty Dashboard?
It all comes over. Headshots, photogenic and print model photos, talent forms, video submissions, outfit sizes, dietary needs and volunteer hours become her checklist. Passes, banners and ads can be ordered and paid in the app. The guide, schedule, hair and makeup vendors and state wear details are there to read.
Do I need to build new forms?
No. Send what's on your current forms and they're rebuilt inside the app. Your part is the content: the handbook, prices and due dates.
Does this replace the Facebook group and reminder emails?
That's the plan. You post an announcement or schedule once, by division, and families get a notification on their phone.
How fast, and what does it cost?
Pricing is in the proposal I sent with this link, and we'll set dates together on our call. Stripe's normal fees apply to family payments, as they do today.
And scoring?
Its own conversation, whenever you're ready. If we build it, it uses the same contestants as the app, and a state pageant would make a good trial run before Nationals.
